2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of clothing products offered by THE BOTCH STORE (the “Seller”) to consumers or non-professional buyers (the “Customer”).
By placing an order on the website, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

3. Products
The products offered are clothing items available in ready stock.
Product descriptions and photos are provided for information purposes. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, minor differences may exist, which do not affect the validity of the sale.

4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the applicable price will be the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively online via https://thebotchstore.com.
Steps of the order process:

1. Selection of products and cart validation
2. Entry of delivery and billing details
3. Choice of payment method (PayPal)
4. Final confirmation of the order

The Customer receives an order confirmation by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of abnormal demand or bad faith.

6. Payment
Payment is made online via PayPal.
The Seller does not accept pre-orders; only items in stock can be purchased.
An invoice is automatically issued and sent to the Customer by email.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Carriers
Orders are shipped via Colissimo.

7.2 Delivery Times

• Within Europe: approximately 1–2 weeks
• International: delivery depends on the destination country, usually under 3 weeks

7.3 Shipping Costs

• Europe / USA: Paid by the Customer
• International (other countries): Paid by the Customer

7.4 Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to Russia.

7.5 Responsibility
The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
In accordance with EU law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reason.
Conditions for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.

Refund or exchange:

• The Customer may request either a refund or an exchange.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method (PayPal).

9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.thebotchstore.com (texts, logos, photos, designs, products) are the exclusive property of THE BOTCH STORE and are protected by intellectual property law.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for:

• Delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure or events beyond its control (strikes, customs delays, transport issues).
• Inconveniences or damages arising from the Customer’s use of the internet (e.g., data loss, hacking, viruses).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact THE BOTCH STORE to seek an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to the competent French courts.
